DepEd To Launch Minecraft:Education Edition (M:EE) For Game-based Learning

The Department of Education (DepEd) Philippines issued an invitation to the nationwide launch of their Minecraft: Education Edition (M:EE) Mobile pilot program on their Facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/DepartmentOfEducation.PH/posts/335060168662463 The launch event, in collaboration with Microsoft Philippines, will take place on March 16, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and will accommodate the first 100,000 participants via MS Teams Live.

According to the post, the launch aims to provide all learners and teachers with a better learning experience through game-based learning.

The event will show how the block-game Minecraft can help students discover a whole new way of learning, starting with their Android phones.
